Elmwood is a furnished room that is affordable without giving up quality and is ideal for the working professional.

What’s Great About this Room:

• Great work setup with desk and whiteboard
• Fully furnished with full size bed, nightstands, and bookcases. All less than a year old.
• Receives moderate indirect sunlight throughout the day
• Descent sized closet

What’s Not Great:

• Shared bathroom
• Shares a wall with the living room.
• The carpet is old. I have an area rug down that covers most of it while I save up to replace it.

A five minute drive will put you on Highway 4. Concord is 15 min west. Antioch is 15 min east. Richmond and Oakland are about 30 min away outside of rush hour.

This is one of four bedrooms in my home. It shares a bathroom with two other people.

We’re a household of hard working folk who appreciate a clean, quiet space to come home to at the end of the day.

We have a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove. Two living rooms offer a variety of hangout options. We have a two car garage that we use for storage, plus plenty of street parking.

The house isn’t fancy, but it has everything you’ll need. And if not, let me know and I’ll make arrangements.

Our neighborhood is a modest one of mostly working class families. The house backs on to the Via Delta de Anza Trail. This 15 mile paved walking path follows a water aqueduct and connects to several other green spaces.
