Pool, gym, dog park, trash valet, I’ve lived in this complex for almost 5 years and it’s great. Mayport is awesome bc it’s 10 minutes from the beach, and you get the proximity to all the great stuff the Atlantic Beach has to offer but without the pressure to change out of your pajamas to go to Walgreens! it’s just a great area i love it
