It’s definitely one of the best apartments on Hobart St! As you know, squirrel hill is an amazing neighborhood, close to everything. I’d love to find a new roommate to sign the lease with. Hardwood floors throughout, in-unit laundry, newly renovated, top floor, sunroom. Great walkability. Everything you can imagine!

I’m a marketing professional working in a educational tech startup. Mostly WFH. Very easy going but loves to keep the apartment clean and nice. I have a cat and she is friendly with every human being but unfortunately not other cats 😅.
