July 1, 2024 move in. This listing is for two bedrooms with a private single-sink vanity and separate toilet/shower room. Looking to rent both rooms to one roomie who could convert one of the rooms to an office space or private lounge area. Shared spaces include kitchen, laundry, and yard. The other three tenants are incredibly clean and respectful of the shared spaces. The neighborhood is very quiet and only six miles north of Denver proper. Multiple parks with lakes/ponds in close proximity.
About the roomies
There is a couple (m/f) in the basement in their 20s and one other roomie in the master bedroom on the top floor, also in his 20s. He owns a small dog named Lilly who’s incredibly friendly and quiet.
