House in quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from downtown Dallas and 10 minutes from Bishop Arts. Nice covered patio in backyard, fireplace in living room, shared office, large kitchen with plenty of cooking and storage space.

I will be the only one living on property. I’m pretty much a workaholic. I bartend in downtown Dallas, so I currently work nights. However, I am studying to get my real estate license with the hopes of transitioning to more of a regular daytime schedule. I prefer a clean place. I’m not opposed to cannabis, but I don’t partake myself. I don’t smoke or do drugs. I drink alcohol every once in a while. I am quiet and don’t have people over very often, but am also easy going and flexible. I have a cat named Milo who is very chill. In my free time, I take dance classes, study, and clean.
