Gate Parkway West

I’m looking to share an apartment located at Florida Club at Deerwood on Gate Pkwy with one other person. The unit is 2 BR/2 BTH separate masters with screened in lanai, W/D, 1,225 sq. ft., first floor overlooking the Preserve. The complex has a dog park, gym, pool, etc. Utilities not included. Looking for a twelve to fourteen month lease, but will consider shorter terms. I have a Springer Spaniel, and will also consider another dog, depending on size and breed. No cats, as I’m allergic. No children.

You will need to be able to qualify with an income of approximately $2000/month, or $500/week as I understand it. It would of course be up to the Apartment complex whether you qualify based on your income. But I would make up the balance of the requirement.

I am a WFH professional Sales Executive, and so I’ll be home every day through the week until about 6pm. Some nights I’ll be out at the beach, or in a park with my dog, and probably gone most of the weekends. If you have a dog who gets along with other dogs, this would be an ideal situation if you have to work every day and need someone to look after your furbaby, and have another furbaby to play with. I don’t currently have a lot in the way of furniture, so if you have some, that’s okay with me. Otherwise, I’ll be buying some things as I come across a good deal. I’m pretty easy to get along with, but I have to believe that no one would actually say they are difficult! :D Not a clean freak so if you have to have everything perfect, you probably wouldn’t be happy here - however, I do like things tidy, and just be willing to clean up after yourself like an adult, and definitely put food away! I HATE bugs!!
