Sorry, no pets allowed.
Furnishings include a twin bed, dresser, desk and large bookshelf. The room is available for $1,500/mo. (plus a share of the Utilities + Common Area Maintenance CAM) which runs about $100 per tenant, per month.
Our kitchen has fairly new, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, high-quality cabinets, plumbing and granite countertops. We also have an additional full-sized refrigerator and freezer located in our 2-car garage. Dedicated food storage space for each roommate. High-speed WiFi & hard-wired Internet access, brand new WiFi enabled Washer & Dryer.
We also have two, 60 amp Tesla, Level 2 electric vehicle charging available for only $0.15 per kWh between midnight and 6:00 am on weekdays and midnight to 2:00pm on weekends & holidays.
We have a formal dining room with seating for 8 and a Yamaha P22 upright piano. Our patio has very nice with 6 chairs and a table to enjoy outdoor dining. We no longer have a dog.
Our home has a new roof and 31 solar panels so your share of the electricity will be tiny. Also, we recently installed 4 Tesla PowerWalls providing us with a much lower electric bill and instant backup power for the entire home in the event of a blackout. All utilities which include gas, electric, water, sewer, trash, Internet, landscaping, etc are divided equally by the number of occupied rooms in the home.
The home is DRUG FREE at all times. You, our tenant will be required to complete an Room Rental Application and conduct a “Premium Criminal Check” with https://www.Roomies.com/Verification prior to or at the time of application submission.
