Contrary to one of the photos of the kitchen, we no longer have a dog. Sorry, no pets allowed.

All utilities which include gas, electric, water, sewer, trash, Internet, landscaping, etc are divided equally by the number of occupied rooms in the home.
We also have two, 60 amp Tesla, Level 2 electric vehicle charging available for only $0.15 per kWh between midnight and 6:00 am on weekdays and midnight to 2:00pm on weekends & holidays.
We have a formal dining room with seating for 8 and a Yamaha P22 upright piano. Our patio has very nice with 6 chairs and a table to enjoy outdoor dining.
