Alyssa's room

This a beautiful new 2,600 sq ft home. Private room and bathroom available. This is a smart home that comes with security cameras, a house alarm, smart lock for you to enter and leave the premises, and sensors. The downstairs room comes with a lock and a key for your privacy, a good sized closet, and a bathroom right next store for your use. You will have access to our whole first floor (kitchen, dishwasher, pantry, fridge and living room area) as well as the laundry room on the second floor. We are very open-minded and can negotiate on the price.

I live with my husband and two small friendly dogs. I am 23 and he is 27. We are very open-minded, outgoing, and transparent people and would like someone who is trustworthy and transparent as well. I work from home as a counselor and as a Professor and my husband commutes to work, in the education field as well. We both have our Master’s and are very responsible individuals. Ideally, we want someone who brings positive energy, is responsible, and goal oriented. We look forward to meeting you!
