Basement available for rent with kitchenette in Stafford end unit townhouse. Close to Quantico and hospitals. Jeff Rouse Recreation Center nearby and restaurants and shopping. Furnished with queen size adjustable bed, futon that can turned into a twin bed, 50 inch tv and nightstand. Includes private full bathroom; kitchenette with a microwave that is also an air fryer, broiler, and convection oven (No Stove/Oven in unit), sink with garbage disposal (no dish washer) and fridge, no laundry on site. House is in a quiet new neighborhood, month to month lease, no pets, no couples, no smoking, no drugs, no parties, no vaping, rent includes utilities, cable and internet, parking on the street along the side by the house, we may have house cleaning a minimum of up to 1 to 2 times per month, which will include the basement, but tenant will be expected to still keep their area clean and not in a state where it will attract pest. Our preference is someone who is clean and organized. Shared front door entrance and possibly use of a separate entrance. We have 2 dogs that reside in the upper levels.
Married couple, husband and wife, easy to get along with, both busy professionals, occupy the upper levels of the house and the garage. We would like someone clean, professional, respectful, no drama. Sometimes we are social, sometimes we need our space and we respect those boundaries for others as well. We are a smoke free and drug free household. We primarily work remotely. We have 2 dogs. They are dogs so they do bark from time to time or if someone knocks at the door.
