Jackie's room

I have a double wide mobile home with 4 bedrooms. There’s an enclosed porch you may smoke. Parking is in a community parking lot up the street 1/4 of a block away and it’s very safe. Rehoboth Beach/boardwalk is a mile away. And the Tanger Outlet shopping centers are right outside the mobile park development. The mobile park is a very nice one. A lot of trees and bushes and nice houses/lawns. It has a community swimming pool, a playground, a clubhouse and a small gym. It also has a lot of social events like movie night outside where you bring a beach chair and can watch a movie for free with the rest of the community. Food trucks and picnics with free food throughout the summer. Really cool leasing agents who run the park. The room is small. With a small opened closet. This room would be good with someone who doesn’t require a lot of items in their room and/or has a storage unit. Maybe isn’t home a lot, too. It’s not furnished. I don’t allow couples to rent the same room. I also don’t want anyone who does drugs in my home but occasional light drinking is fine. I’d prefer someone who works outside of the house. I wouldn’t mind a student, neither. Wifi and utilities are included. As is the use of the washer and dryer and the kitchen. The full bathroom is shared with 2 other roommates who keep it clean and isn’t used a lot. I have a lab dog who doesn’t bark at all and is extremely friendly with everyone. You may use the livingroom, too, to watch tv or to hang out in. It hardly gets used. I’d prefer a long term renter who’ll live here year round. No lease. It’s month to month.

Me, I work part time as a cashier at Home Depot. My schedule is all over the place. I work morning, afternoon and the evening shift. I drink occasionally, I smoke on the porch, I love doing projects on the house and outside in the yard. I love the beach. I’m up early in the morning and I’m up late at night. But I don’t make a lot of noise. I can’t say the same for Michael, my dog with his squeaky toys. About the other 2 tenants who rent rooms: Kathi, works as a waitress full time and she likes to keep to herself in her room. She likes to watch her tv and read. Eren, works as pizza delivery. He works second shift. He likes to go hang out at his favorite spots or he’ll be hanging out in his room. Both are pretty quiet and keep to themselves.
