Center Avenue

I have a medium sized furnished room for rent. I will update the pictures of the room soon. The pictures I have posted now are out of date. Utilities are not included. You’d pay 20 percent of electric and wifi. Smoking is in an enclosed porch. It’s available immediately. I’m sorry but no couples. The house is in Sea Air Village mobile park. It’s a super nice mobile home development with a community pool, a small gym, a playground, a clubhouse, community events and a dog park. It’s about 1 and a half miles from the Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk and it’s right next to 2 of the Tanger outlet shopping centers. The house is a double wide. Very colorful. The bathroom is shared with 2 other roommates. I have a dog who is very friendly, doesn’t bark at all and is housebroken.
I will accept another dog if the dog gets along with my dog. It can’t be an aggressive breed. You will have to have the dog up to date on it’s shots and have the dog on flea/tick medicine year round. A State Park trail is very close to the house, across Route 1 to take your dog on long walks. Parking is in the community parking lot about a quarter block away from the house and it’s totally safe. A very cool neighborhood. It is a month to month agreement.. At least 3 month’s stay. I’d prefer a long term renter. You will have to do a background check with the leasing office at the non refundable cost of $50. This is not a credit check.

I work at Home Depot part time and I spend time at home cleaning, working in the garden, doing repairs or just hanging out. I’m the owner of the house. The other other person living here has been here for over a year and a half. She works as a waitress and is quiet and mostly keeps to herself. She is considerate and friendly. And finally a new boarder is moving in. I don’t know much about him yet but he runs his own business, he loves the beach and he’s pretty cool.
