Adam's room

I have a single family home in a nice neighborhood with parking on the street and a fenced in back yard. I am 5 miles from the beach and Hannah Park, basically around Atlantic and Kernan, so if you’re familiar with that area you know there is just about everything off of Atlantic. It would be a private room and basically a private bath, but, it would be a communal bath technically when company is around. There are two bathrooms, one is the master and then one by the other room and my office.

It’s just me and I own the home. I am a male, who I’ve been told is very easy to get along with for the most part. I’m a bit apprehensive about renting a room out since it’s not really financially motivated, my reasoning is that I am a professional and I travel for work some, I have two small dogs, but they are fairly high maintenance. They are they best, and very loving, but trying to have them watched when I leave has become somewhat of a pain. My thoughts are to try and charge less rent but have someone around who LOVES animals that can keep an eye on them when I’m not around. I’m pretty mellow over all, but am very active, have quite a few friends, and do enjoy a good time every once in a while. I REALLY don’t want there to be any issues for either of us so if you happen to be in the middle of a large amount of stress, I completely understand, and wish you the best, but that is not what I am looking for, sorry. I would definitely like to meet before anything is decided. I would want it to be a good fit for both parties, so I’m assuming in the beginning will be a bit of test period making sure everyone is comfortable with the situation. Mainly, I just don’t want to worry about my dogs or my house when I’m away.
