Dalcy's room

Room is medium size, great room for minimalist; it can fit a Queen set comfortably and a desk. Right now we have a full bedroom set in there and it still fit a lot of things . I recently updated windows completely, so the room might look slightly different than in picture; great natural lighting. I have furnitures in there that can be used if needed fr free; just let me know ahead, furnitures will be removed before you move in . Washer and dryer included , all bill included . Basic internet complimentary . I need someone who is clean , pays bill on time , be respectful of the house and others living there . Nice house in quiet /safe neighborhood.

The house will be shared with 1-2 other great roommates as well as my mother . Everyone is Quiet and usually working most times. My mother lives in the house, she usually cooks and offer food to everyone.
