This basement room is available July 1. It is furnished with a bed w/ drawers attached & storage space. It has a private, detached, brand new bathroom, separated by a den. The washer and dryer are in this bathroom and used by all tennants (with strict laundry hours), but the bathroom is off limits to top-floor tennants.

Utilities are not included.

Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, and backyard. Street parking is first come, first served.

There are three roomies on the top level: a recent college graduate from Illinois (m) and his small and very docile dog (f), and the nicest couple who maintain the exterior of the house (m/f, 20s).
