The community is located near Kolb and I-10. The proximity to the highway enables you to get to most parts of Tucson relatively fast.
In this hypothetical arrangement, there would be 4 people total (including yourself):
Myself - Master w/ Private restroom
3 Roomies (including you) - 3 Private rooms w/ 1 Shared Restroom
Rent is as follows:
Furnished = $700 (<12 months) Furnished = $650 (12+ months)
All utilities and internet included. Please reach out if you are interested!
The current plan would be for yourself and two other Roomies to each rent a private room with a shared restroom.
