James - Older gentleman (50s / 60s) that only stays in his room during the work week (Monday Night - Thursday Morning). He lives in phoenix and is just using the room as a place to crash for his job in Tucson.

Alec - younger gentleman (mid 20s) who is an actor that works for various theaters/companies. Sometimes goes on extended trips away for weeks (or over a month at a time) to work outside of Tucson.

Me (Josh) - 29 years old - I will be staying there during the workweek and occasionally during the weekend, but I usually spend my weekends at my girlfriend’s so I’m mostly there during the work week too.
