Come live in Logan Square, blocks from the California Blue Line!

Looking for a roommate June 1st, to join me in a 3 bed/1bath apartment, on the second floor of a two-flat. The location is a block north of Fullerton, few blocks east of California.

It’s about a 10 minute walk to the California Blue Line. Very close to the restaurants and bars in the heart of Logan Square, but on a quiet street away from the bustle. The farmer’s market is also just blocks away, which is one of my favorite things to do on a sunny Sundays. Street parking is easy to find, and permit parking is available nearby.

Bedroom is $1050 per month, which has a sizable closet (9’ wide). The kitchen is updated and well-stocked with pans, tools, and gadgets!

You’d be living with me (36M), and 2 cats. No more pets please, as much as I would love having more of them around!

The building is a classic Chicago 2-flat, recently updated. Laundry is in unit (!), there’s central air and heat, and storage available in basement. The internet is fiber from Astound (formerly RCN).

There’s a nice lil yard in the back, which faces south so there’s sunshine all day. When it’s warm out, I like to make pizza out there on my Ooni. You’d be welcome to have some!

I have lived in this unit for a couple years, and am excited to have a new roommate join me.

I like to watch baseball, play board games, cook, make art.

The cats are short hair males, 9 and 3. They are very friendly and each have their own way of expressing their affection and curiosity.
