I have a room currently available in my 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house. This room is located on the first floor and it has a sliding door facing the backyard. Currently one female, one male and a small dog live in the property. Looking for someone who is responsible and will clean after themselves. Utilities will be split evenly with everyone in the house.

I usually work from home but will travel for work at times. The other tenant works mostly on the weekend and has a small dog. We mind our own business and rarely interact since we are usually in and out of the house.
