You would have your own bathroom and hallway closet. The house is currently occupied by three females and includes a small dog. We are looking for someone responsible and tidy who cleans up after themselves.
Rent & Utilities: • Rent: $650month • Security deposit: $650 • Utilities are split evenly among tenants, averaging $70–$120/month (includes internet) • Small pets welcome for an additional $50/month
Lease Terms: • Month-to-month is possible, but 6 months or longer is preferred
House Features (included in rent): • Solar panels to help reduce electricity bills • Fully furnished • Shared washer/dryer • Full access to the shared kitchen • Pool maintenance once a week (provided) • Yardwork once a week (provided) • Extra cleaning assistance twice a month for common areas
