Female Household Only – Room Available in 4 Bed / 3 Bath House A room on the second floor will be available in a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house. You would share a bathroom with one other tenant. The house is currently occupied by three females and includes a small cat and small dog. We are looking for someone responsible and tidy who cleans up after themselves. Rent & Utilities: • Rent: $750/month • Security deposit: $750 • Utilities are split evenly among tenants, averaging $70–$120/month (includes internet) • Small pets welcome for an additional $50/month Lease Terms: • Month-to-month is possible, but prefer 6 months or longer House features (included in rent): • Solar panels to help reduce electricity bills • Fully furnished • Shared washer/dryer • Full access to the shared kitchen • Pool maintenance once a month (provided) • Yardwork once a week (provided) • Extra cleaning assistance twice a month, including shared bathroom (provided) Additional Info: • The landlord does not live on the property • Tenants expected to clean up after themselves and respect shared spaces If interested, please reach out with a little bit about yourself and any questions! I do not live on the property myself, but there are currently three female tenants living in the house. They are friendly, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces.
