You get the whole house to yourself. This is not a “roommate” situation, this is a full rental just for you! The entire 500-square-foot house is all to yourself. Home is available to couples as well. There is only one bedroom with a King size bed.
The house is $1300 monthly because I pay ALL the bills including trash, water, internet, electricity, and lawn maintenance. You don’t have to own furniture, linens, appliances, pots and pans, or drive to a laundry mat, it’s all there ready for you! Perfect setup if you need a place to land for a month or two, or six, or the whole year! No big deposits, just pay the rent on the first day of the month.
Plenty of parking off the street and the house is in a nice neighborhood not far from Parkview Randalia, State Blvd, and Purdue Fort Wayne.
There are no roommates, so the only person you talk to every month when rent is due is me, the landlord, and I’m super nice, but hate drama. Not looking for crazies, dysfunctional kids, potheads, or tweakers. Just good honest people who need a furnished house, that’s who we’re renting to.
You get a King size bed in a bedroom with a dresser and closet, a Roku TV and couch in the living room, a remodeled kitchen with a full-size fridge, a nice washer and dryer, and a bathroom. The kitchen has all the pots and pans you need to cook, and there are plenty of linens in the house you can use.
Also, the neighbors keep a good watch on the place.
