Jeff's room

(Two rooms coming available December 2023) Have your own private room, with your own key, in our four-bedroom guest house. Each room has a full-size bed, dresser, and Roku TV. House is located on the north side of Fort Wayne just one mile from Parkview North and very close to a brand new Meijer Grocery store. The home has a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking and living, a shared fridge, and good wi-fi throughout the house. Front load washer and dryer in basement and the whole home was recently painted and had a minor renovation. It’s not a 5-star hotel, but it is a cozy and clean older farm home with plenty of space and a super easy-going land-lord. There is plenty of parking on our 2.5-acre lot and we even provide once-a-month professional cleaning. All-inclusive rent - just bring your own food and clothes!

We host nurses mostly. They are typically mid-age adults who live in other cities and some guests will only live in the house for a few days each week. My office is on the property, in a separate building, so I am here every day along with two other employees. The house is quiet and we ask people to respect each other because some of the nurses work 3rd shift. We rent to drama-free people who are looking for a place to chill out, watch some TV, sleep, cook, and live a nice chill life while working in Fort Wayne. If that’s you, give me a call or drop a text.
