Manuel's room

Hello, My husband and I are renting out our In-Law suite. It comes with your own kitchenette, living room, bathroom, and bedroom, washer and dryer, with your own access from the front. You will still have privileges to use the kitchen in the main house. For a single occupant $1,500 For a couple $1,800 Deposit $500 can be split in two months We prefer no pets or children but we can always talk about the situation. Rent includes all utilities, privileges to use the kitchen, and wifi.

We do rent out our other two rooms in the main house. My husband is in the Navy and I work for a college. We both are gone weekdays and do not get home until 6-8:30pm. On weekends, we like to hangout, bbq, drink, play games, and watch movies. We’ve become good friends with our roommates and we are hoping to do the same with whomever moves in.

The In-Law suite will be available April 20.
