Bri's room

This is a really great place. It is fairly new and well cared for. Just west of CSU near Overland Park and King Soopers. This is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse. There is a garage attached that is used for storage. Basement is unfinished and used as storage and as a home office. Shared areas are furnished. Kitchen is fully supplied. Washer and dryer in unit. No fenced yard but grassy area in front and back. One bedroom with own full bathroom available for rent. I currently fit a queen size bed, xl dog kennel, tv stand and dresser in the room. Has a very good size closet too. The other room is a shared space between the other room mate and is used as an office/storage. It is a good price for what it is, utilities are not included but generally run about $100 per person. Will post photos soon!

I am moving out to live with my boyfriend after being here just under a year. My lease goes until beginning of August so you would be subleasing from me June, July and a week in August. There is potential to stay when this sublease is up if interested as she will likely still need a room mate for the next year. The one room mate is great, she is also the property manager so any issues are resolved very quickly. We have gotten along very well I would say she is a good room mate. She is generally very tidy, cleans up after herself and is very respectful of others’ property and spaces. She works at home and in office. Her dog is older and very sweet and he gets along well with other dogs. Other dogs are allowed, but no cats or other animals. Would prefer someone who won’t throw big house parties, is respectful, a hardworking student or professional and who is looking to be friends with their room mate.
