*Updated pictures are coming soon! This house is beautiful! The landlords are incredible and responsive. You would have your own room and bathroom across the hall. The room is big enough for a queen bed, desk and dresser and has a good size closet. Everything else will be completely furnished besides your room and bathroom so there is no need to worry about bringing anything unless you have something specific you would like to use. There are 3 different living spaces in the house and a basement for storage. There is a garage that is used for storage and an extra fridge. There is a nice size fenced in backyard. The house is very updated and is energy efficient and environmentally friendly.

My boyfriend (Nathan) and I have lived in the house for a year now and want to resign for another year, but our current room mate is moving in with her boyfriend so we are looking for another 3rd room mate! We have 2 dogs- a 13 year old English Springer Spaniel and a 3 year old mutt. We are looking for a room mate who is respectful of our space and of shared spaces, doesn’t smoke (per landlords) and is okay with the occasional small party or game night. Having 2 dogs is already a lot so the landlord said no other animals please. Small animals like fish and hamsters are allowed. I’m a really clean and tidy person so I would also like to live with someone who is similar. The landlords would prefer a graduate student or working professional to join us.
