The room is fully Furnished with Queen size bed, sheets, towels and an office desk/chair and 6 drawer dresser and 40 inch tv with a Roku set up.

Parking available on the street and also option in the 2 car garage with your own clicker, and also parking available in front of garage or on the street for any guests.

House is in silicon beach Colorado/26th neighborhood just 1 block from Supermarkets (Erewhon/Ralphs), Coffee Shop/Starbucks, and Tri Fit Gym, and 2 blocks away is Lionsgate, Sony, Oracle and Watergarden with banks, food shops and basketball/tennis courts, swimming pool and Helen’s bike shop. Metro is also 2 blocks away.

Beach is only 10 minutes away. E bikes, E scooters for rent at the end of the block, and bus is only 1 block away.

Looking for a clean, responsible, quiet educated professional or grad student with a full time job that works outside of the house. Prefer someone that is full time employed 9-6 at an outside office ideally not a remote worker in the room all day

You will share the 3 bedroom house with only 1 person who is a ucla grad professional that uses a home office at the house but is mostly working or traveling so you’ll have the place mostly to yourself after work. Place is very quiet so perfect for someone that wants privacy and the master bedroom is a huge room that is like an Airbnb room fully furnished.
