I have a bedroom available for immediate rent out of my home.
Home was recently remodeled and updated.
3 Males live here, age 49, 26, and 24.
Use of shared areas (Kitchen, Dining, Living, Laundry, and Bathroom), your own refrigerator, your own off-street parking spot, and your own space in the kitchen and pantry for your items.
GigSpeed Internet, Netflix, and Prime Video also included. In addition, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, and Dishwashing Detergent included. All you need is Laundry Supplies (detergent, etc.) and Toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.).
Rent is $775 per month. 1st and last month’s require and a security deposit equal to 1 month.s I can work with you on some of this and spread it across a couple months if you need. I know moving into a new place can sometimes be hard because of the move-in costs.
There is a background fee of $27 (what I have to pay) and it is non-refundable, but if you move-in, I will apply that to your 1st month’s rent. No Drugs or Felonies. On the background check, I am only excluding people with Felonies and any crime related to Theft, Drugs, or Violent Crimes (like Assault). This is my home, and I need to protect myself, roommates, my guests, and my property. I do not care about references, work history, or Credit Score.
You must be able to clean up after yourself. This is a huge thing for me, and is respectful to both myself, and the other roommates.
Renter’s insurance is required, my insurance does not cover your belongings, but renter’s insurance is cheap, like $10 a month.
Anyone is welcomed as long as a background check comes back clean.
I am clean and respectful of a persons privacy.
I like to go hiking with the girlfriend every once in awhile and cook and eat meals. It’s nice having a big kitchen where you don’t have to bump into others as you cook your meals.
I like to design things and print them out on my 3D printer. I also like to relax and watch a good movie on TV. Pizza is my Favorite while watching a movie!
I try my best to get along with others, and will try to be respectful when talking through problems with them. Not everyone is perfect, if we were, how boring would that be?!
I live in the house. My family and I have owned this property for over 27 years. I know all the neighbors, and they know me. Sometimes, we get together for BBQ’s!
I would love to have a roommate with same interests, but if not, that’s okay too! As long as we get along would be more than great!
