Newly remodeled home. Big kitchen. New appliances. Home has A/C. Home is on busline, and there is off street parking.

Storage may be available for extra fee. I have a huge 36ft x 48ft shed in the back.

All utilities and gig speed internet included. TV will have Netflix and Prime Video. Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Dishwashing Detergent, and Hand Soap also included. All you need is your laundry detergent and bathroom soap/shampoo, etc..

1st month’s rent of $800, last month’s rent, and a security deposit of $800 required upon move-in. Total move-in $2400. I can work with you on the last month’s rent and spread it across multiple month’s if need be.

Criminal Background check required and Renter to pay fee, but fee will be refunded upon move-in.

No pets of any kind. There are already 2 indoor cats in the home, and they do not get along with other animals.

No drugs, heavy alcohol use, or smoking, including vaping or Marijuana use. Edibles are ok. (The smell of Marijuana makes me physically ill)

Must be able to clean up after yourself.

Male or female are welcome. One person per room.

I am a straight 50 year old male. I don’t mind the occasional chilling and watching movies with housemates. My girlfriend visits, but we are considerate of the other roommates.

I have roommates now and have had roommates before, and never had a problem getting along, as long as the house rules are obeyed and the shared chores are done. Last roommate to occupy this room was here for 28 months.

Myself and two other roommates live here. Your bathroom will be shared with other roommates.
