Own bedroom and bathroom, walk in closet and the bedroom is not directly attached to the other bedroom which is nice to not share walls. Fully furnished with desk/bed currently but can be rented vacant if preferred. Apartment has a full size washer/dryer, I do pay for a parking spot, could add a second or share this one. Plenty of storage in apt and I have a paid onsite storage as well, $15/month would need to split to use. Complex has a pool, hot tub, and workout. I own a Peloton, if you’d like to use we can share the monthly access fee.

Water, Trash, Sewer are variable but added to rent, that will vary between $50-$75 month each. Portland General has been running around $130/month but varies based on turning on the heater, or if you have a portable AC you use. This will be split 50/50, utilities will run probably $120-$160/month each.

Smokers are welcome but there is no smoking in the apt, you’d have to walk off the property to do so. No drugs or heavy drinkers. On occasion I do pup sit my friend’s dogs but don’t have one of my own anymore. Cats are ok but need to stay in your room as I’m allergic, and the pet fee will be up to you.

About the roomies

Just me, I have been living alone for 3 years but recently took a new career path and looking to supplement the income. I get up between 6-8am most mornings (M-F) so I’m in my room by 8pm, pretty lazy weekends with a lot of downtime and home most of the days. During the week I get home between 4-8pm then chill for the night, I don’t go out much during the week.

When I’m home I like cooking, wine, and just relaxing or preparing for the next day. Love watching Bravo reality shows and anything on rerun during the weekends, and naps…haha I do enjoy a good nap. I’m home more often than not during the weekends.
