Private bedroom/bathroom on opposite side of the apartment and has a walk in closet with mirrored doors. apartment has a wood burning fireplace, laundry and is quiet. Internet is included, electricity would be split 50/50 cost depends on usage. Running a heater, or portable AC does increase the bill significantly.

Property has a pool, fitness center and is on the bus line. I do currently rent a parking space and small storage unit, could get another space (but there are plenty of open spot) or share both for additional fee.

One 44-year old female, looking to save money and utilize the space. I’m quiet and an homebody, I do work in wine and there is a lot of wine around the apartment due to my work. I’m respectful and keep the shared spaces clean.
