The house: Three-story townhome facing Cahill Park. Tall windows, lots of natural light. Comfortable living room where people actually hang out. Full kitchen—we cook, there’s a pot rack, the appliances are good. In-unit washer/dryer. There’s a gymnastics ladder on the wall in the common area, which sounds weird but it’s actually great for morning stretches or pull-ups between meetings. A house with some character.
The location: Right across from the park, 60-second walk to Diridon Station (Caltrain, VTA, Amtrak). Whole Foods is two minutes away. Downtown and San Pedro Square are walkable. If you’re doing hybrid—working from home some days, commuting to SF or the Peninsula others—this setup and location are built for that.
