The townhouse is 3 stories (plus garage) and has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
The room available is a large master room with private bathroom (roughly 140 sqft). There is plenty of space for a desk area, bed, bookshelf, dresser, and much more.
All three housemates will have unrestricted, shared access to:
Utilities run $150 per person (included in rent rate) and includes high-speed internet, gas, electricity, water, trash and recycling. Housecleaning can be added for $50/month extra, including all common areas, bedroom, and bathroom.
$1,600 security deposit required. The lease is month-to-month to give flexibility to leave whenever, but longer terms are available and encouraged (after a probationary period to ensure culture fit!).
The room is available immediately. There is some flexibility on move-in, if needed.

Housemates are typically professionals in their mid 20s to early 40s. We strive for a community feel, with people who are generally outdoors active, artists, health-conscious, book nerds, and into fitness/exercise, clean, courteous, respectful and inviting to all people.
We also welcome folks who would interested in joining for a roommate dinner or Sunday brunch together, when our busy schedules allow. On occasion, will invite each other’s friends over to share a good meal and join in the revelry of vibrant conversation, as well. Overnight guests of anyone who is family or a trusted friend are welcome.
