This is a private home is located in a quiet neighborhood in SW Arlington. It is an oversized bedroom, fully furnished with a queen sized bed, TV, heat & AC, recliner sofa, desk, windows with drapes, carpet, WiFi, and an outside entrance. Roomies must work outside the home. I am willing to rent by the week for $165 per week. Rent includes all bills paid.
No deposit. No lease.

There are 2 other male people residing in the house. Roomies have access to own private bedroom, a shared bathroom, and laundry facilities. No access to kitchen.
