Guest house fully furnished with a full size bed, tv, a/c, refrigerator, and more. Entrance into back yard with a privacy fence. $140 per week. All bills paid. No deposit required. No lease. Near all shopping and the lake. Must be employed full time and have an automobile. No alcohol or drug usage allowed. Must be between 25-40 years old.

There are 2 other male people residing in the house. Roomies have access to own private bedroom. No access to kitchen or laundry.
