My roommate is due to move out in May, our lease expires around then (May 14th) and I was looking to see if anyone is interested in renewing the lease with me. I’m located in a great location in West Village right beside uptown, have private access to Katy Trail, have GYM and a nice pool. The apartment is ~1250 sq ft.

Let me know if you might be interested. Rent would be ~$1300 +bills (internet & elec). You would have the larger room (Which is half the size of the apartment. There are 2 walk in wardrobes and a seperate office space in the larger room with private ensuite.

So a few things about me, I’m Irish, moved to Dallas nearly 5 years ago, love it so far! I like keeping active and work from home most of the time. I have a dog too so you gotta be happy with her! Let me know if your interested and we could meet up for a coffee or something!
