Water filter system in house for clean water to shower, wash, clean, etc… New appliances (e.g., fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc…). Utilities and internet included. The house is located in a very quiet and nice residential area. Costco, UC Merced, Merced College, Walmart, Merced Mall, and more are 15 min drive or less from the house.
