Encanto Drive

I’m looking for a roommate to finish a lease until at least December since my roommate is trying to move out before then 🙂. Avila Apartments is really nice with a pool and gym included, and there’s a park across the street too. Bills are not included, so Id say be prepared to spend at least 1,300 a month if it’s just one person. Two people are welcomed, but its just one master bedroom. Preferably women. Please be responsible with rent.

Just me as for now, my roommate is supposed to move out soon. Im clean and quiet, I love reading and cooking and being outside on the patio.
