Dawson Street

Sublease one bedroom from May 1 to July 31 for a 5 bedroom house on Dawson St. The house has 2 bathrooms and a basement that includes laundry. There is also a decent sized backyard. The house is recently renovated and includes modern kitchen amenities. The rent is $500/month + utilities. The bed, desk, and clothes rack will be included at no additional charge. The house is a 15 minute walk to Pitt’s campus. Street parking has never been an issue during my stay here and you can often find a spot in front of the house.

3 or 4 other male roommates (1 may be subletting his room as well). All Pitt grad students or grads. One is getting his master’s in finance/statistics. The others work in comp sci or for a non-profit.
