Manuel's room

My husband and I will have a room and semi-private bathroom for rent. It will be available May 10th, maybe sooner depending on when my roommate moves out. The reason why it is semi, the bathroom will only be used when we have guest over who needs to use it. The bedroom and bathroom is downstairs. We do rent out two of our bedrooms upstairs both of the guys are very quiet and to themselves. We are asking for 900, that includes the bedroom, semi-private bathroom, wifi, all utilities, access to washing and drying, and kitchen privileges. I work full-time at a college and my husband is in the navy, so Monday through Friday we are always gone. We usually don’t get home until 6pm-8:30pm. We are a gay couple and one of the roommates are gay so you need to be gay friendly. I do have three dogs and they are friendly. We are a very chill couple, and we get along with everyone. We like to hangout on weekends bbq, play games, and drink. If you are interested please let me know.

My husband is in the United States Navy, and I work for a community college so we are pretty much gone all weekdays. One of the other roommates is a server and he spends a lot of time at his boyfriends. The other roommate who lives in the gen/in-law suite has her own area and never comes out. The last roommate keeps to himself and is pretty much gone all day or stays in his room.

Everyone is friendly and gets along.
