Out back is a large covered patio. The home has 2 covered parking spaces right out the back patio.

Huge 22x16 furnished Room Rent $900 plus your share of household expenses. After first month I give option of taking $50 Discount for on time rent! Must pay by 1st to take Discount.

First screening, what can you tell me about yourself?

Then phone interview, then ID , then can meet to show room and application plus landlord verification form. I require rent plus $900 deposit

The spar bedroom is the room available. The master bedroom will remain empty for now. Basically it is my room, but I’m seldom there. I come and go as needed while trying to remodel the kitchen and things I want to tend to.
