Hannah's room

The property is a rental on the northeast side of Rockford, and is very open floor plan and spacious. It is mostly furnished, but there would be room if you’d like to bring some of your own furnishings. The available room is in the basement, but it is a finished basement with its own bathroom. The shared spaces have lots of natural light! It has a dishwasher and brand new laundry machines on site which you are welcome to use (located in basement as well in its own large separate room), as long as you are respectful and use properly. Property has large fenced in yard — it is a duplex, so it is typically shared with the neighbor, but there is currently no resident in the nextdoor unit. The photos are old from when I first moved in, you would be free to change it as you’d like. Has a large closet in room — offers deep storage area underneath the basement steps. Must be comfortable with dogs! I have two large German Shepherds. They are both very sweet and well trained, but I do not crate them while I am at work. I also have a cat — it usually isn’t a problem for guests I have had, but it is important to know if you have severe allergies. I do clean very frequently in order to combat the animal hair. I have a lot of plants, and I run an Etsy shop from home as well! I am pretty laid back, but I do hope to find someone reliable and respectful of my space and fur babies.
