The apartment is fully furnished with absolutely everything, just need to fill in your room! No washer/dryer but I do my laundry one block away. Your bedroom could fit a queen bed and have room for more things!

The neighborhood is amazing - very nice, with a mix of liveliness and quiet, and I always feel very safe. Two minute walk away from Central Park which is a huge benefit when you need to escape the city. A TON of restaurants and bars in the 70s and 80s that I go to a lot! Extremely accessible location as well - 1/2/3/A/C/D/B trains all within 2 blocks.

Looking for a roommate to take my currents roommate’s spot on June 1st in Upper west side right by Central Park! $2,625 / month each person. I Love working out, drinking wine, going out to eat, and hanging out with my dog! I have a 2 year old golden doodle who everyone is obsessed with (and I’m not just saying that). He is the sweetest most cuddly handsome man ever. We always go to Central Park and walk or lay out and drink wine. I’m very active and love going to workout classes or long walks. I work from home a couple days a week, and use a dog Walker for when I am in the office! I’m very flexible and go with the flow on almost everything. Would love to have a roommate to go out with and have fun with! Also totally open to roommates with dogs!
