So I feel very good about the opportunity I have to meet you and co-create a themed apartment! The theme is love!

People mean a lot of different things when they type love, so here is what I mean and what you should mean as well.
Perfection. ~ If it’s too much, it’s not love. If it hurts it’s not love. If I feel confusion it’s not love.
Taking care of myself before anyone else. Taking care of others because I feel good taking care of others. Feeling that it doesn’t matter whose dishes are in the sink this morning because I want to be alive and I am. Communicating directly with the roommate whose’s dishes are in the sink every morning because I want to be able to easily wash my dishes before school; and am going to create that for myself. Clarity. Abundance. Answers. Affirmative affirmation of all positive positivity. Looking out from my eyes and feeling the good intention of everyone around me effortlessly and instantly. My nervous system, the animal part of me sweetly saying yes. And most importantly, feeling good. Good in the great day, great deeds, great ease way.
I invite people who want to wake up in a place to give love. A place to live and feel good rather than a headquarters to progress and think about the future.
I am inviting in people who know they feel a reliable interest in tending to our community via care (chores), staying in sync through a bi-weekly tradition (dinner or breakfast most likely), and inviting first-time guests to make an entry in the Clubhouse guest registry. As I will happily invite you to do upon welcoming you home.
I am manifesting family! I am manifesting hugs, cuddles, and a space where we can tend to each other physically and emotionally.
This for me means a lot of crying. I am not just someone that wants to cry in a room of 30 people, I’m someone that needs to be in that room with y’all crying with me. A good collective cry can be part of our self-care.
Apartment Specifications:
Two bedrooms, four beds. The available spot is circled in the floor plan diagram attached.
The room with slot #1 is currently filled by a wonderful mystic. (You’ll interview for compatibility with us both.)
$782 is to occupy half a room. Your rent is locked in by me at 1/4th of the $3125.
Utilities $85 - $75 each month.
Good A/C and heat In-unit washer-dryer, communal laundry soap already available and waiting for ya. Gas range Microwave Big fridge 1st floor Month-to-month lease. Two parking spots are available and safe street parking. (I and roommates have parked out there for two years.)
Space in the kitchen and common area is available for you. I hope you bring your ideas to the space.
Boundaries:
Dogs must be trained to stay off of the couches.
