Hello! I live in Los Angeles and looking to move out of my current housing. The landlord wants to sell, and this living situation is quite lonely compared to what I’m used to. My budget is $1,300 with utilities. Location flexible. Anything South of Griffith, West of Union Station, and North of Hawthorne will do.
