Ron's room

A furnished room available with well appointed furnishings and decor. It’s set up for a student, with a full sized bed, a desk, dresser and night stand but will work for a single professional occupant as well. High speed WiFi and television equipped. The bathroom is shared with other roommates. Kitchen available for light meal preparation.

We are 3 guys currently living in the household. Two local college students, and myself retired. Both are really nice guys. We are all pretty much on the quiet side, and we do keep the house clean and tidy. We don’t have parties or do any kind of drugs. We are respectful and laid back, calm and a very quiet household. No couples please and no overnight guests.
