About the room
The room is complete with furnishings and decor. It’s set up for a student with a desk, but will work well for a single professional occupant as well. The bathroom is shared with other roommates. The house is in north Pomona in the quiet, and safe Ganesha Hills area neighborhood. The home is fully furnished, large backyard and patio area with seating, fire pit, bbq area, washer/dryer, kitchen for light meal preparation, and high speed internet throughout the house.
About the roomies
We are 3 males currently living in the household. All are really considerate, respectful nice guys. We all pretty much stay on the quiet side, and we do keep the house clean and tidy. We don’t have parties or do any kind of drugs. We are respectful and sort of laid back and calm. Occasionally, we may have dinner together or socialize if we have some downtime. Great house and housemates.
