This is a Single Family home with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 car garage, 3 car driveway, and convenient curbside parking. Big open yard. Average size living room and spacious kitchen. All utilities and appliances working and in good condition. Super fast WiFi 6. Furniture will be provided.

My girlfriend and I live here with two beautiful dogs (Husky and Corgi). We get one room and they get the next one. Your room will be farthest from us. We both go to school and work full time. We are somewhat clean freaks. Since this is a shared bathroom, it will be disinfected regularly by us as long as we don’t notice any bad habits. Other conditions are to be determined later.
