Hi, I’m an owner of this house. I’m looking for one more tenant to fill one room of THREE BEDROOMS ONE BATHROOM apartment in Oakland area. This room is on the second floor of the house which adjacent to the SHARED kitchen and SHARED bathroom. Two other tenants are male. This house is easy access to 376 highway, U. Pitt, CMU, Carlow University, Southside, Squirrel Hill and all. On the Pitt’s shuttle route. Rent is $675 per month plus shared cost of electric and internet but will get credit of $100 back if you pay before the first of each month. So basically, you pay $575 per month. Partially furnished with bed, side table, desk and chair and free laundry in basement. No pet, no smoking and no partying policy. We do run background/credit check and there is $45 application fee.

Other two male tenants are grad student and university of Pittsburgh. They are very respectful, clean and quiet. Most of the time, they are very busy so you may not see them.
