Private basement apartment, has it’s own entrance, one parking space available. Bedroom has a closet, living room area with electric fireplace; wet bar with small fridge, microwave and small table burner. Access to laundry once per week. Friendly and respectful family lives in the house. We only request that the renter is responsible, respectful, clean, no drugs please.

Respectful and friendly Hispanic family of 4 with a small dog. We don’t bother and respect your space, if you need anything we like helping. Our dog’s name is Happy, he’s the only one making some noise but nothing crazy.
