Located off 64th and Ward we are minutes to the G line Light Rail which gets you to Union Station in 20 minutes.

The room will be available July 1st and has a private bathroom just across the way. It is a perfect size for someone looking for a simple solution to Denver’s housing price inflation. The room comes furnished or unfurnished.

The Home comes with a Washer & Dryer, a full kitchen, and a back yard patio space. With the exception of my Office and my Bedroom the entire place is your home as well including the Treadmill and Sauna Room in the basement but ask before drinking any of the wines in the cellar.

I am a former Military Brat so my home is clean even though it is inhabited by a fun loving in and out Aussie Shepard.

I am a professional 57 year old man who works a great deal and is rarely home during the day. I like to spend time in bookstores and at Jazz clubs as well as Salsa Dance with a large group of friends.

Your other human roomie is a mom of one young boy who stays with her when not in day care. He is quiet and well behaved and she is very nice, quiet, and clean. She also makes amazing egg rolls if you get on her good side. Her room is located in the basement so if you choose to join us she will be your neighbor.

My most important roomie is my very sweet 5 year old Australian Shepard Azula. She loves people and company, and is very good with children and other dogs.
