Recently Divorced and looking for someone to share a large 5 bedroom 4 bathroom home in Arvada. Located off 64th and Ward we are minutes to the G line Light Rail which gets you to Union Station in 20 minutes. You have three choices of rooms one on the main level (currently my office) with a private Bath across the hall. One smaller but furnished room in the basement and one larger Unfurnished in the basement.

I have updated the Photos to give you an idea of each room. First to fifth they are:

#2 is the smaller room in the Basement

#3 is the bathroom in the Basement

#4 is the common room in the Basement looking towards the Larger room and with a view of the Bathroom in relation to it.

#5 is the 3rd option on the main floor which is currently my office.

The Home comes with a Washer & Dryer, a full kitchen and a back yard patio space. With the exception of my Office and my Bedroom the entire place is your home as well including the Treadmill and Sauna Room in the basement but ask before drinking any of the wines in the cellar.

I am a former Military Brat so my home is clean and tidy even though it is inhabited by a fun loving in and out Aussie Shepard.

I am a professional 54 year old man who works a great deal and is rarely home during the day. I like to spend time in bookstores and at jazz clubs as well as Salsa Dance with a large group of friends.

My roomie at the present time is a 40 year old mom of two older boys who is also a member of he dance community. Her boys usually stay with her one night a weekend. She is fun and outgoing and a great listener should you like to hang out and chat. Her room is located in the basement and has it’s own bathroom (2nd Master Suite), so if you choose one of the basement rooms she will be your neighbor.

My most important roomie is my very sweet Australian Shepard Azula. She loves people and company, and is very good with children and other dogs. She has taken to my roomies boys like a fish to water and they are all now members of her family. Hope you decide to join us!
