If you need a bed, that can be arranged at no extra cost but please let me know ahead of time. Shared Spaces with the Owner Include; The Kitchen, Living Room, Laundry Room, Downstairs Guest Bathroom, and Screened-In Patio. All Utilities and Internet Services are included in the Rent Payment of $800 per month. I work full-time and I am looking for a non-smoker responsible individual who will share the expenses in my townhome with me.
